How correspondence is received
Notice to the ministry is read by the Proctor and answered as the work allows — in writing, so the record is plain. This stands apart from the institutions: it is a private matter between men and women, never a filing in their machinery. The method is the private demand for accommodation — not admiralty, not the UCC, not “redemption.” Keep your message plain and lawful, and it will be met the same way.
The teaching is free, as the gifts were given free. There is no fee to ask, and no obligation taken on by writing.
