A further set — including matters that name specific officials, and posts that carry the Minister's theological wording on personage and the “Cestui Que Vie” question — are kept off this public wall until they pass legal review and the Minister's own sign-off. They are preserved in full in the archive, in his exact words; nothing is lost.

This is not a trick. It is a teaching.
