Five steps, in order. Study and faith first — then the method.
A “person” is a dead legal fiction — a name carried on a registry, not a soul. To respect persons is itself named as sin: it shows partiality, and the law convinces you as a transgressor.
You are a man or a woman, made by God. They cannot lawfully intimidate you into personage; the assumption only holds while you carry it for them.
“But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.”James 2:9
Babylon is the bankrupt corporate system that rules only over “persons” — through dead code, registries, and presumed consent. It has no claim on a living man or woman who has not contracted into it.
To come out of her is not rebellion. It is obedience: a call to separate so you are not held to account for what she has done.
“Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”Revelation 18:4
The lawful way out is the scriptures plus a private written demand for accommodation — a notice that places officials on notice of who you are and the ground you stand on.
It is read with Romans 13 alongside Ezra 7:23–26: the ministers you submit to are of God's temple, and lawful diligence is done according to His law, not Babylon's machinery.
The way out is not the Uniform Commercial Code, not admiralty, and not the “redemption” path — those run on Babylon's own machinery. The lawful remedy is scripture and a private demand for accommodation, and nothing borrowed from her code.
